Avannis LLC – $15/hour | W2 Position | Paid Training

Avannis is a Denver-based market research firm looking for motivated, professional individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telephone Interviewers. For over 20 years, we’ve helped community banks and credit unions improve their customer experience, and we’re excited to welcome new team members who enjoy connecting with people over the phone.

This is a work-from-home position available to residents of Colorado, Arizona, Texas, or Idaho.

What You’ll Do

  • Call customers of community banks and credit unions to ask about their recent experience
  • Conduct friendly, professional conversations — absolutely no sales involved
  • Clearly and accurately summarize customer feedback after each call
  • Most customers are happy to participate (approximately 80–90%)
  • Typical calls last about 3–5 minutes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience speaking with customers or clients over the phone
  • Pleasant, confident phone voice with strong listening skills
  • Ability to follow a script naturally while keeping conversations engaging
  • Basic understanding of banking products and terminology
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Willingness to complete criminal and credit background checks

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Must live in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, or Idaho
  • Available at least 4 days per week (4–5 hour shifts, Monday–Saturday)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Desktop or laptop computer with reliable high-speed internet
  • Cell phone or landline

Training & Compensation

  • Paid remote training provided
  • $15.00 per hour

Position

B2B Lead Generator / Sales Prospector

Overview

Avannis is an established market research firm seeking a part-time professional with a background in B2B lead generation and sales prospecting. This position is primarily work-from-home and offers hourly compensation with an additional performance-based incentive component.

Since 2007, Avannis has delivered industry-leading products to Community Banks and Credit Unions, enabling them to compete effectively with larger regional and national institutions. Our focus is on customer service feedback and reporting, with a strong emphasis on customization and high-quality client support. This approach has driven consistent year-over-year growth for nearly two decades.

Scope & Disposition of Work

The associate will be responsible for calling and emailing prospective banks, discussing Avannis offerings, building relationships, and scheduling meetings for the sales team when the timing is right.

Avannis’ sales approach is relationship-based, low-pressure, respectful, and tailored to the role and needs of each bank. Salesforce CRM is used to track activity and progress.

This role is primarily phone- and email-based, including leaving voicemails and sending follow-up emails for the majority of weekly responsibilities. A small portion of time may be dedicated to administrative or support-related projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development or B2B lead generation
  • Strong cold-calling and strategic prospecting experience
  • Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
  • Highly motivated and sales-minded
  • Proven record of achieving goals and quotas
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated success working from home
  • Very computer literate with reliable PC, phone, and internet service
  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities Include

  • Work under general supervision while exercising initiative and creativity
  • Identify high-potential prospects and transition qualified leads to sales associates
  • Use phone, email, social media, and SEO strategies to identify and qualify leads
  • Make approximately 6–10 outbound calls per hour to prospective clients
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
  • Adapt core content for various outreach purposes
  • Document sales activity and information in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with sales to improve database quality through lead scoring and nurturing
  • Maintain weekly progress reports for management

Training

Avannis provides fully paid training for this position. A 60-day trial period allows both Avannis and the candidate to evaluate fit and long-term potential. At the end of the trial period, transparent feedback is encouraged from both sides.

Hours

This is a part-time position averaging 25 hours per week, typically structured as 5 hours per day (Monday–Friday) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Hours may be scheduled flexibly within business hours in 2–3 hour uninterrupted shifts.
